Q: What is this charge for?

A: Charges that appear on your credit card statements from PPVBILL are for subscriptions and related charges from an adult streaming service. For example, Raw Fuck Club ( www.rawfuckclub.com ).

Q: This isn't me. I never joined or used an adult website!?

A: If that's true, you should immediately report this fraud to your credit card company. They will require the card to be cancelled and issue you a new one.

Q: I've used your sites in the past, but I dispute this recent charge.

A: First, you must change your password on our sites immediately. We suggest you do the same on other sites as well. Many people use the same password on many sites which can lead to identity theft. Once you have changed your password, email us at customerservice@ppvnetworks.com and we'll figure out what happened. We can trace all logins and purchases by IP address. If your account was compromised, we will know. Your private confidential financial information is safe because we don't share that on your account.

Q: I cancelled this site and got rebilled anyway.
